I have saved 6.8 mil need to get to 7 mil to upgrade my xbow but if wars are working we are going to start on Friday. Should I wait and sit on all that gold or just upgrade? If a building is being upgraded will it work in the war?

If you upgrade you X-Bow to level 3, it will be a fully functioning level 2 X-Bow in Clan Wars. Also, you don't need to reload it in your Clan War base.
