Question // No icon beside name in clan wars?

So with the recent launch of clan wars i was soo hyped.
In my clan we have the minimum of 10 players. Going on the multiple of 5's matchmaking system, we should all be able to raid. In my preparation day i am unable to request, and either are 6 other ppl in my clan. The only ppl that can request are those with the clan wars icon beside there name in clan description. Any ideas of what i need to do. I have tried everything, maybe im missing something obvious? Pls help!?!?

I got the same question; what do those swords actually mean?

We have the same issue - some members not included even though they are on battle map. Can't request and don't have logo. I assume the logo shows who is taking part in the battle however can't see how this has been decided?
