Hi, we have 50 in our clan, the opposing clan also has 50. but 9 of our members dont have a badge on the war leaderboard, and they are unable to receive troops. any ideas why? our top guy (he has ~3000 trophies) cant play!

Did they join the clan after you found the war?

I recently initiated our clan war which was 45vs45. There were 47 people in my clan at the beginning of the war and MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE are not eligible to participate... They were really looking forward to this update and are all active players. So my question is why can't they be a part of the CLAN war last I checked they were part of my clan
i don't have the sword tag on my name but I can donate and stuff...
Really? There have been people in my clan who don't have the swords and CANT donate. I also can't donate to users in my clan without the swordsQuote:

No need for multiple threads the matchup finds suitable clans and matches up based on how many they have. So some may get omitted it's not the end of the world.

this was a very educated post. Read the sticky
it just doesnt make sense! they are active players who have all been in the clan for atleast a month, most for around a year. they just have town hall 5's on the war map
Well, we searched and found one but there is no enemy and we are all spectating how long does it takes until we can search for a new enemy??
I dont understand it is written in clan as participating in 45vs45
but i am spectator

A QnA or FAQ thread would be a good idea for clan wars super cell. Just an idea lots of confusion at the moment
