Clan seems to be disappeared

Update Breaking Bug

We searched for a clan to fight and I guess it paired us up with 'no one' and now when we go to the clan wars page there isn't a matchmaking button, only the war map, except none of our bases our there, and neither is our opponent. For a while our bases would show up but now they aren't. Is there any way to end this so we can get back to matchmaking? Thanks in advance!

In addition to a lot of the bugs which have already been reported, I am experiencing an extremely frustrating issue! I am the co-leader in my family's clan and after we attempted to participate in clan wars (which is apparently still searching, I can no longer check) I closed the game. When I reopened the game, my clan castle no longer shows my clan symbol and for all purposes I am no longer in a clan. Yet when I search for my clan, it shows me still at the top of my clan's roster. Before anyone asks, no I was not kicked out of my clan or anything. Apparently this update has glitched and booted me from my clan. Adding to my frustration is the fact that I was on a trophy push before this update and now I can no longer get clan troop donations. *sigh* please fix ASAP.

Hi,

Is this working now? Try cancelling your search and try again. Please note it can take up to 1-2 hours for the search to finish because of all the bases and clans it scans to try and find the best match.

We are unable to search for clan match to start war. We could see everyone in our clan at first, but now it only says "war spectator". Any suggestions?

Hello, after searching for some minutes(almost an hour) our clan "Avengers USA" got stucked. How? Well, we do not know.
We can see the Clan War map but it's EMPTY. It does not say 'preparation day' or something like that, and the timer is saying0s. There is no clan war name in the upper bar where the clan names must be.

One would assume that they will take servers down at some point and if they cannot "reset" the clan wars they will do a rollback

No opponent then Spectator Only

I tried starting a clan war for my clan. It got the failed message a few times then it started a war with no opponent. I closed and reopened CoC and now it shows us only as war spectators. Not a good start.:(

You can leave the search screen at any time, and even log out of the game. Matchmaking will still occur.

Am I wrong or have they not been testing this for months before?? based on the amount of you tube videos out there on clan wars it has been in test for a while.

It was stated that the top 10/15 or so on will be in war, but this was not in our case

Same issue here

Exact same thing, no enemies or friendlies, been here about 20 minutes. Can't restart, will report back if anything changes. SUPERCELL HAS FORRSAAAKKEEENNN UUUSSSS. lol jk. we love u SC <3.. UUUNNNAAAAACCCCEEEEEPPPPPTTTAAAAABBBBBBBLL~

Our 35 vs 35 war is a 15 vs 15 war

My clan of 36 was matched with a clan of 39. Only 15 of each is participating the rest are spectating.

They are a game company, they've rolled it out to Andriod devices with less problems. If their chief architect didn't plan it out, they should be looking for a new job :)

Update came with an annoying surprise

Hello supercell. With your update of clans wars came an annoying surprise. MAJOR LAG. I for one am very upset and dissapointed. This has never been a problem in my year of playing coc. This is very irritating and would like the problem fixed. it is not my internet connection becuase everyone on global and in my clan is experiencing it too.

45v45 glitch

I've noticed many problems all with people who have 45v45. These include everything from failed searches to the issue my clan has, having a blank map and no enemy. It seems this is only occurring with 45v45 clans. Supercell might want to start there in order to fix the issues

this is like what happened with gta 5 online they didn't expect how much lag either and you had to wait for awhile for it to be fixed they were doing small tests with a few select people with everyone trying to go to war at once its causing intense load on the servers they have powerful servers but this is just to much maybe if some people stop searching it would be a lot smoother

tried 50 vs 50 war.

it kept searching for an hour, all members except two got badge. then it kicked us out of search.

searching again. again everyone except those two have badge.

Spectator?

Shows my clan as a spectator and the war screen is blank with no villages. Seems like we are at war but with nobody not even ourselves.

The main problem is with server loads. Please be patient. With the thousands and millions of clans doing it all at once this could have been predicted. When the server load slows done which could take a few hours the majority of problems will be fixed.

War is already settled up...
It is not a client issue all the clan members see this war setup. I can't understand how a game restart could solve this issue.

I tried on iPhone, iPad and several members see the same...

this is what i see when we click on the clan war icon. There is nothing here, and there is nothing when i click the Enemy button either. We appear to be "stuck"

the clan chat is very slow, and some of the stuff we write don't even show up.
Then, not only clan war doesn't find any enemies but now all of the clan members complaining that they are only spectators and no one actually see's anything except two empty maps.

please fix it :)

Clan Wars not functioning

We searched for a 45 v 45 match, it stopped searching and gave us the next screen where we could see our own clan member's town halls, but we had no enemy. Then, after about 20 minutes, when we hit the clan wars button we just get a blank clan wars screen that says "War Spectator" and has no clan names, not even ours anymore. We are a top 1000 clan and we want to get into battle! PLEASE HELP!

I has kicked my clan out of the search 3 or 4 times now.

Edit: right after I posted this I went back to the game it is all working now!!!!

Hi, so we got into a match with our clan 45vs45. When I go onto my clan interface it shows people with two swords crossing next to their name and other who don't (what does this mean?). The ones who don't have swords next to their name you cant donate them any troops.

Can someone explain this to me? I hope those who don't have swords crossing next to their name don't have to sit out.

Yes i think that means their eligible if they have the symbol
