Some one could have won 1 star, and then someone else could try it again and win get 1 star (so he win, but it doesn't add to the stars)

There are 39members in my clan and we have searched almost 72hours but find nothing.

During our clan war today we had two raids not recorded. Attached is a screenshot of my 3 star raid which recorded as 0% 0 stars.
How do I log this as an issue?
PS this is the difference in us losing the war possibly. Sad!

Whats the point of spending gems on a shield if the shield does not work?

i finished a clan battle today and got one star for destroying the opponent's town hall. it showed that i qualified for the clan war bonus because it was the highest attack. however, now the attack is not logged, and it does not show the complete attack (just a spell being cast), and it shows zero stars for my attack. what's going on?!

its not fair , finding the opponents which we got is not even closer to our clan strength , after the update only this issue started , now we are getting heavy opponents , where our clan consist of most of 60-70 level players & the opponent clan has almost 90-100 players ? :mad: , now tell me is it fair ???

I'm the leader of a war based clan called C*L*A*S*H we have 15 wins, but we've been searching for an opponent for the last 5 or so days now, we haven't been cancelling it, it just eventually times out. People are starting to leave as they want wars, and what good is a war based clan without wars... You say it can take up to 60 minutes? We've had it once before where it took 3 days, and now we're on 5 days again. Any help would be appreciated before all the work building this clan is destroyed just because of your servers or whatever may be the problem. Searching for 40 v 40 atm. We never used to have any problems finding opponents, but recently it has been appalling. Any help as soon as possible would be muchly appreciated.

I was able to attack three times during a clan war. Attached are 2 screen shots of the war events showing "You" attacking three separate times. COC20140525attack1.jpg shows the first attack and COC20140525attack2&3.jpg show second and third.

I have more details about what I was doing around the time this happened but I will not discuss them on this public forum ( to avoid copy cats ), unless requested. If there is someone I can contact, I would be happy to provide a more detailed bug report.

We've been searching for a war for over a week now SuperCell, and people are leaving my clan because they want a war. The clan is C*L*A*S*H, I've posted on here once, so have several people in my clan, including posting on facebook and twitter. No reply... Sort your customer services out, and sort the game out. I worked hard to get the clan where it is, and it wouldn't be a problem if your customer services wasn't so shoddy. Thanks.

I don't know. Maybe this is one of those crazy "features",
and not a bug. I have noticed that when donating troops directly at the castles on the clan war page those donations do not get credited in my profile or towards achievements. However, when a request is made through chat I do in fact get credit. If this has been mentioned before I apologize. I haven't been playing all that long.

When editing the war base I can not see the range on my teslas and air defenses that are currently upgrading. The range is visible once scouting the base though. I don't know if this is a known bug or can be fixed and I assume it happens with all upgrading defensive buildings. Thanks to all the Supercell workers, Great job as always! :)

It doesnt. Its good because people would just send everyone giants, for friend in need and look generous. Or worse, donate, dump, repeat.

Building Stacking
I've found a problem within clans wars, during my recent clan wars i attacked the war base of XprodigyX.
Within this war base, there are hidden canons under spell factor's and gold mines standing under walls.

I am not sure wat the cause of this problem is, but it should be fixed. Having glitch bases especially in a Clan War battle is quite un fair. See pictures for proof.

We sat in queue 25vs25 for over 30 hours. After that time we cancled the queue and restarted it. After another 24 hours, we cancled it again, restarted. Now we are restarting every 3-5 hours and we still have not found an opponent for a clan war. Please help.

might help to to state your Clan name and Banner colors with member numbers if common name.

Something I've noticed in the last few days is that scouting has become an issue. Often, when scouting a base, I cannot step through the enemy bases, and the return button isn't working. The button press animation is there, but nothing happens. I have to quit out of the game and reload to get back to my base. I've also seen this a couple times when watching a war replay.

Bad connection is usually the cause. Happens at my friends house sometimes (Not the best connection)

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or not, but since I upgraded my town hall and clan castle my war cc troops are not appearing when I attack even though they are there just before.

The war CC and your normal CC are 2 completely different things. Your war CC is used in defense, whereas your normal CC is used for offense

I faced the same issue today. Was sleeping my night peacefully knowing my shield is active. When I woke up, I was surprised that my village was attacked twice, although my shield was still active 12h. Can anyone explain ♥♥♥?

You either broke (Or someone else did. Does anyone have access to your account?) or you are getting confused with the cool down time

Did you accidentaly break it, and the remaining shield is from a victorious defense?
Oh, and possible situations for someone having access to your village -
A) a family member plays on the iOS device without you knowing it
B) you gave your gamecenter password to a friend who used it to load your game
C) you gave your gamecenter password to one of those 3rd party gem sites
D) you logged onto a friends iOS device to play at one point, thinking logging out of gamecenter or deleting the app will prevent them from playing it (it doesn't)
E) you sold/traded/gave away an iOS device you had once played the game on without doing a factory reset and they still have access to your CoC village.
F) a friend logged in with a clean gamecenter answered the prompts and transferred your village to their GC, and loaded it on their device later (if your village wasn't attached to your own gamecenter)
G) Someone sent you a "Free" account - while logging into this new gamecenter you actually transfer you village to this empty gamecenter account and they can then load it on their device. (If your village wasn't attached to your own gamecenter)

Wow, not a surprise that you are a senior member. None of points from A-G are not mathing with my case.
The remaining shield from victorious defense - hmm. I was attacked last time 3d ago (my defense won), then I bought 1+2 day shield which are expiring today.

Here are couple of shots.

Someone will have broken the shield, they don't need to attack. They can just go into the attack menu and start searching - it breaks your shield.

Some clans are getting stuck in the Preparation Day, 0s screen.

We are actively investigating and some stuck clans should now be starting their War Day. We believe this will sort itself out, but we will keep you guys updated as we make progress.

Updates on common problems and issues

1. Matchmaking and wait times: This should have improved in this morning's maintenance. We are closely monitoring the queue and will make any improvements in the future as needed.
2. "Stronger" players being left out of clan wars, placed in spectator mode: Please read our note above on rankings. This should explain why some players are placed in spectator mode despite having a higher TH. in addition, there may have been some server issues that caused some players to show up as less strong than they are. We are investigating any continued occurrences of this.
3. Unfair/unbalanced matchmaking: We will definitely improve matchmaking going forward to make sure clans are more evenly matched. We started off with the settings being pretty liberal, because we were worried that clans would not be able to find matches initially. This will be constantly improved with every maintenance/update.
4. Entire Clan Stuck in Spectator Mode: Should be fixed with this morning's maintenance, and avoided going forward by NOT PRESSING THE CANCEL button. Please post in our bugs subforum if your ENTIRE CLAN continues to experience this issue. And please note that this is a different issue than individual members being in spectator mode. Inevitably some members will be left out of the war.
5. Individuals showing lower War TH/Base levels than regular in village and in Spectator Mode: This is likely due to server overload issues but we will closely monitor this situation. They will have to sit out this first clan war, but we believe the issue will correct itself in the next war. Please keep us posted as we are closely monitoring this one.
6. Clan Chat Lag: Related to server overload. Should work fine now.
7. Donation Issues: Also related to server overload.
8. Completed CC6 appearing as CC5 in War Base: Also related to server overload, but we are monitoring closely.
9. War Log Button Partially Covers Clan Description Text on iPhone Fixed for the next update
10. Spell Factory Shows too many spells: Example: http://m.imgur.com/LriKAEM - Fortunately this is just a display issue. It counts the troops donate to war base as the amount of spells in the factory in the war base. Funky. Fixed for the next update.

Note: DO NOT CANCEL MATCHMAKING!!! Matchmaking can take up to 60 minutes. By cancelling matchmaking you will go to the back of the queue, and finding an opponent will take even longer.

Keep in mind that you can leave the matchmaking screen, and even log out of the game, while your match is found. You do not need to remain on the matchmaking screen in order to get matched up with another clan.

Known Issues Being Looked Into(No need to post these again)

• Clan Chat Lag - due to matchmaking server load
• "No Opponent" Clan Wars - due to matchmaking server load
• Failed Search Message - not sure

Can supercell address ghost attacking strategy??? its a way of ♥♥♥♥♥ing,,, we have been beaten by clans who keep on ghost attacking our war base...

I find every war the clan I am in is matched with clans that are noticeably stronger then mine. First off we have no one with maxed troops and I am our best player and when I can't even begin to touch the first 5 players how is that a fair match-up and then the rest of our clan can't star the low guys???? There needs to be a revaluation of how match-ups are measured because we loose almost every war due to our pairing up. If a clan is on a losing streak then they should be matched with a clan that has been loosing too!~

A few times now in a war I have tried to attack people and I've completed the attack and got stars but then after it's over it doesn't show that I've attacked anyone. This isn't the first time it has happened either and my connection is fine I don't lag out or anything.

My attacks in CW are not being registered since forever. Tried everything but it's still persistent. Its weird tho that Achievements acknowledge d stars i won. Also found out lately that if i attack then drop it halfway (ie lose) it's only then it gets registered and only then i could use my "2nd" attack for real. thought at first it was magically fixed whatever bug it is but only found it's not since when i attacked for real for my 1st attack it wasn't registered like always. it's getting really really frustrating and my clan mates seem to start getting frustrated w me as well. I might be giving up COC if this keeps up. it's a shame since i really liked this game.

Sidenote: Do u guys even have a troubleshooting team or something? Because I imagine u guys make billions of dollars yet you probably have d worst cust service i have EVER encountered.

Bad/slow internet. Get/go to better internet and it will work properly.

Our clan has been searching for a 15v15 war for the past 5 days! We have restarted the search multiple times daily, roughly every 3-4 hrs. We have gained people and tried 20v20 for two days and now we just made a brand new clan and still no matches! Our highest guy is a new th8 and our lowest guy is almost th6. We are a war clan and cannot war due to this! On all our profiles it does not state that any of us are ineligible for war and yet we continue searching. Also the search restarts are manual, meaning the last day we searched once and it did not stop searching for a full 24 hrs which according to SC the max search time is 3 hrs. So something is definitely wrong! I've contacted SC a day ago and no response yet. If anyone has anything to help with this issue please help! Thank you.

Since the update. Our current war had 3 hours added onto it. And the countdown clock appears to be frozen. Any ideas at all?

This has happened after an update before twice. An update occurs in the middle of my clan war, then after the update, this happens. I attack, use everything including troops, spells, cc troops. I got 3 stars. Then when i check the war map, it shows the opposing townall hasnt been attacked, but all my troops are gone as if i did! I spend over 3k de per attack, and it screws my clan for war. Cmon, this is not cool.

We have a war and we can't attack number 9 . It doesn't show any bonus and a message shown says that you can't attack this village ....
We are going to lose this war because of that...
We sent a message to supercell and they replied to us . Saying that we have to log out and log in again to avoid this issue. Well , seven of our players did even more than just logging out and in again . They closed the game . They even deleted the game and down lode it again . They left the clan and joined back without any positive result the problem is still there.

This is not fair at all to lose this war because of stupid message

It is apparent that some clans are using a glitch during Clan Wars. For instance, the first attack on this particular village, the attacker dropped 3 archers directly on top of the 3 large bombs. If this is an ability that you have programmed into the game then it should be shared by all. However, I believe it's not, and therefore should be handled in such a way where those clans participating are no longer able to participate in clan wars. You have brought a great and interesting game to the world, but it can only stay great on a level playing field.

My game glitched while i was in a war search. now, it doesn't show an active search, and when i try to start a search, it says we are already in war.
