Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

We have 25 on the map and only 16 have swords.

Does this get resolved in the next 30 mins before war starts?

You probably weren't one of the 'chosen ones' from your clan to participate in the war (if there is an uneven number of members the clan with more players drops their bottom players as chose by the COC folks to even the number out).

In a way it is staggered. We didn't find a match until a few hours after CW released. The people in War Mode now are the first ones.

Is anyone not having this problem?

Yep, seeing a lot of people with the Prep Day bug, but again, anyone actually on the actual Battle Day?

Yep, we entered war a little while ago (one of the first clans to start) so alot of people will just be starting war day now, and will be logging on for it especially.
