Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

not saying i dont have the utmost faith in my fellow clan mates to bring things home, but we have 5 of our top 7 players unable to participate in the war (showing the wrong town hall level at bottom of map) while the clan we are facing has one poorly upgraded town hall level 8 in their bottom guys, putting us at a huge disadvantage. there should be a patch that allows clans to back out of this war until these issues are resolved as it wont be fair to receive less loot if they happen to lose the battle.

I appreciate the responses but i am disappointed how there are all these issues of uneven wars with no way out of when it is not a user type of error. However it seems thats just the way the cookie crumbles

Stop treating the mod like he has no clue what he is talking about. There is nothing he can do, he is relaying the information to you. Supercell is not just sitting on their hands and hoping all goes well, they are fixing this and trying. If you are in spectator mode you can't just "reboot" clan wars or turn it on and off and it will be dandy. If such a thing was possible he would have let you know. He is telling you all there is to say so stop treating him rudely and repeating the same things over and over.

If in a couple days you guys are having the same bugs and glitches then report them but until then just chill.

My clan has been searching for a clan 45-45 for over 5 hours now what do you mean i shouldn't be worried

Hi,

Unfortunately nothing can be done about this for now. This was a series of bugs from server load to not having the update when the war was started.

Everything will be back to normal for your next war.

Update: It says our clan is already in war BUT we're not. Help please.

I don't think when you updated matters cuz we were 2 hours into prep day when I first logged on an updated.

Do you know if the clan war who can't receive troops at the bottom of the map will be able to attack??

While searching for an opponent clan a red alert message popped up that said we were already in a war.

Our clan has been searching for 3 hours now, should it really take this long?!
