Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

So, we didn't even matchmake yet. Our leader never found a clan wars match. Yet, when we all click our clan war button, it shows EVERYONE as spectators, without an enemy.. PLEASE FIX THIS

It's very frustrating when server overload seems to cause such major problems. I would rather these actions didn't get dumped into a queue, which then drops a lot of them. I would rather the queue never accepted them at all, if it can't process them. Just a thought for your software architect(s)... It's not like you couldn't have predicted your users would go crazy and all log on once Clan Wars was released...

In fact, it's much easier to say the only thing that DID work this morning...

I did manage to go raiding, no problem, that part seems fine even if the servers are loaded up, once you find a match you are good to go. In fact, I found a base overflowing with loot... and got over 600k gold, 500k elixer, nearly 4k DE, plus the C1 bonus...!

Yes, all of these are server load issues. Seems to mainly be affecting Clans and Clan wars.

Ok... This is the biggest update in CoC history but im sure they have threads in off topic to attend to... :rolleyes:

Whatever you do, DO NOT RESTART the clan war search. It will throw you back in the queue and add even more strain on the servers. Spread the word on this in your clan. Read the sticky on how matchmaking works it can take a while.

My clan all rebooted the game.

i tried when it first was available and have been stuck looking at a blank war map since the maintenance break was over


While I understand your point, its been hours and hours yet still the exact same issue.

We have been "searching" for an opponent for the past 4hrs. We have been put into 45vs45. How long do we need to wait for a match? Surely with it being new most clans would have chosen to go to war with the update.

So my clan are wanting to go to battle but the map is now coming up empty and saying "war spectator" also the war shields have changed to a silver colour... Can anyone shed some light on what is happening?

A bit more time is fine but you keep saying reboot your game. We did and its not fixed and this has been done several several times.

Hello! i have noticed a bug in the game. The friends tab is there and everything, but no friends are shown!! i have over 52 friends playing clash on my gc, and they were there before this update, now all i see is me on the friend tab. No they didnt all unfriend me lol, and yes im sure. Not a very urgent bug as the laggy chat one is, but still a bug. Also, on my ipad one, theres no music? but theres music on my android?
