Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

My clan kept canceling the matchmaking and now when I click on the crossed swords it just shows a map with the town halls, team names, and it says 0s left. Can I get some help?

]other clan member are not able to give me troops for my clan castle (in war)
I am canhao in clan hashshin

I managed to get the Whole Clan off - NO RESULT

The whole clan is stuck in Spectator Mode.
Looking at the Clan Member List - everyone has a RED LINE against their name - on the left side at the crossed swords.

Something is certainly still broken

Just search for a clan and then you will be in the preparation day.

Please note that searching may take up to a couple of hours.

Three members at the bottom of the clan wars map cannot recieve any troops. Can anyone explain why? See picture

Hi,

The cause for the majority of these problem are the servers. Since everyone is searching for a war the servers are under a bit of pressure causing issues. This includes, searching, chat lag, badges not showing, TH's displaying wrongly, GC friends not showing and much more.

If you can get everyone in your clan to exit the game for a few minutes this could help with the lag but as this isn't easy you should just wait.

If you are searching for a war, DO NOT RESTART the clan war search. It will throw you back in the queue and add even more strain on the servers. Spread the word on this in your clan. Read the sticky on how matchmaking works it can take a while.

Hi,

The only solution that we can recommend at this time is that you try and get ALL your clan members to log off the game, and this will hopefully 'jog' the server. Please keep in mind that there is a tremendous amount of traffic being processed at this time, so this issue may just be a matter of waiting until the servers can process all of the requests.

1 & 2) This could be part of the server load. Restart your devices, if it doesn't work then wait for the servers to start functioning normally.

3) What is your ticket number?

That's what doesn't work. There is no start war button.

Hello and welcome to the forums! this has been asked alot. the clan wars add on is experiencing many bugs and server overload at the moment, please be patient and clash on!

As we said, this is because of the servers. Please get all your members to restart their devices, if it doesn't work then please wait for the servers to start functioning normally.
