Hi,

Supercell is currently aware of this issue and they are investigating it. The likely theory is that this is due to lag when pressing the 'scout' or 'visit' button, and that these requests are just now being processed. You can try to avoid random teleporting/visiting in the future by NOT CLICKING THE SCOUT BUTTON.

This issue is nowhere near being fixed as of now. Last night when we started our clan war (after our 24 hour preparation period) I was initially able to scout bases and do everything. As I am the leader of my clan and have the most advanced base, I decided to hold back a bit and wait before attacking.

I was attacked once, and fully defended against one of the enemy players. Okay so far.

Then, I decided to try to scout a base I wanted to attack and could not. This is also when things started getting a little laggy for most people in our clan during the war as well. So, I did the usual, I force-quit and waited a couple minutes, then reloaded. Still could not either scout or attack. Additionally, I noticed that now, I could also not attack during regular game play. Also, I could no longer collect resources from my mines either.

Now, hours later, I still cannot either attack or even play the game. I have additionally tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, to no avail. I even tried deleting storage on iCloud, nothing. Even though I have 5 gigs free on my iPhone, I still deleted around 248 megs of texts anyway (who knows, right?), nothing.

So at this point I am unable to do anything except chat in either clan chat or global chat. Everything else is completely frozen. It would be awesome to get this fixed before our time runs out in our clan war. Additionally, I used gems to boost my barracks...only to have this happen. Thus it needs to be rectified so that I can make my attacks before the time runs out in our clan war.

Additionally, when I reload the game, it doesn't actually 'reload'-and the same goes for when I 'uninstall/reinstall'. It loads up the exact same screen with 2 red 'notification stars' showing on the 'clan battle emblem button'. This means that it has frozen on the server and not on my phone.

It can take up to a day to find a match.

We are currently in a Clan War where one opponent has attacked us 4 times. I thought only 2 attacks were possible.

Hi.

You can be attacked as many times as is possible- in fact, the entire enemy clan can use all of their attacks on you. However, a SINGLE PLAYER is only allowed to attack TWO TIMES PER WAR. There is no limit to the number of times that a player can be attacked by an enemy.

I have had this happen to me three times, while searching for an enemy in multiplayer mode and suddenly i get switched to war scouting mode.

When i ask to return to the war map i return to my village in normal mode. I'm not sure if this is happening because i previously was in war tryed to scout a base and it did not work and maybe this petition was idle in the servers and for some reason it got atended while completely in another place.

I'm sorry if my english isn't very good.

He said that one opponent has attacked 4 times. Do you have an answer for my bug?

It may just be a matter of time- it is possible that your entire clan is attacking, though highly unlikely.

My suggestion to this is just to wait about 10 minutes, reinstall the game and then see if the problem is fixed. I suggest posting this in the 'clan wars- scout/attack bugs' thread.
