Please let Supercell fix this before complaining. This is the biggest update to the game ever. You should be glad to finally see a huge feature like this. Abusing and shouting at the Devs, mods or even Shiv is not the right thing to do. If your problem has already been listed, Do not post it. Supercell will smoothen out the rough edges as the days go by. Please, I hate seeing people being shouted at and argued with here.
I know its frustrating having to restart your game and see all the bugs but remember Supercell is working as hard as possible to fix these. If these were patched before release it would take longer for it to be released and then everybody would start complaining about how long the update is taking.
And remember, this is only a video game.
COMMON FIXES FOR BUGS
1. If you tried to scout a base, and it didn't work, quit the game and restart it and it should be fixed. Same if your collectors are not functioning.

I'm having these scout and attack problems, as well as most of my clan since 4 hours ago (after a long problem with the spectator issue). I've tried waiting it out for more than 5 mins, and still no worky worky.
Anyways, I'd just like to know how this will affect the battle outcome. As our opponent is just raking in the stars, while we aren't able to get any in due to the problems.

I too have just experienced the same problem, now I'm worried about even wasting my time and efforts to go raiding until this is resolved.
Got off work and did one raid only to be punted from my raid, and whisked away to a war map, then on top of that the time it took for my spells, heroes to heal, and army to train, gone, all gone, flushed down the proverbial toilet.
I understand this is a big update and a huge leap forward for CoC, but maybe it should've went into beta testing instead of just being rushed like a copy of windows OS.
A few suggestions would be to disable the ties between the real village and the war village, allow players to rearrange the war village instead of having to rearrange the actual real village.
My guess is SC is using a lot of the same coding that's used for Boom Beach, but this is a little more complex than that, in clan wars, trying to create two different layouts out of the same one layout, then you have the problem of the program thinking that someone just doing a normal raid is part of a clan war. The collectors is probably an issue tied between the real village and the war base.
In Boom Beach, your village is both your war base and your real village, so there's no crossing or confusing the program which is which.
It's like telling a secretary work from the same stack of papers but they're really separate, it gets confusing, so the programming logic is bugging out.
Not saying I have all the answers, but one would suggest making clan wars a totally separate thing like another app, but you can import your village from coc, or have everything work separately on different servers where all the reorganizing of war bases and donating of troops, etc. are done in the war zone and kept separate from the "real world"
Hello support, i have a very weird bug, i think. i attacked twice in Clan wars yesterday, but somehow my attacks both did not get registered, i still have 2 attacks for the same war(?),My first attack was on a base that had not been attacked yet(three stars), but not being recognized by the game.I did lose all the troops and spells i used, and i did seem to get some loot after the battles finished.it just does not show9neither the stars nor on the replay).
I do play on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥(android emulator) on windows on my laptop,maybe thats the problem, because none of my clan mates had the same problem as me, as far as i know. Ok, hope you can fix the bug, or whatever it is.I can not keep on attacking in clan wars, because i already lost some expensive troops and time.Ok, hope you guys can sort this out. Have a nice day!
