I am posting on behalf of my sister, her clan is stuck in preparation day. The timer has ended but nothing has changed, its just sitting on 0 seconds.

Anyone else having this problem ?

We have got issues with 0 seconds.

My preparation day is stuck at 0s and it seems like it is glitched out and won't go on to war day!
This is really depressing because my clan was really hyped to go destroy the other clan.
This is really killing my clan's vibe! Please help!

Haha, don't take out your frustration with SC on him. He's just doing what he feels he can to diffuse the situation or get the staff to like him. Whatever his motive, it's within his right to do so. I completely agree, though, that he's not helping whatsoever.

Shiv, just let SC take care of it like they should.


To the forum mods who are reading each post - since you've moved this thread from Bugs to General, someone is clearly reading - any updates or is this all they pay you to do? If so, man...dream big.

Found a bug in Clash of Clans since the Clan war update:
Can't visit own clanmate's villages or collect ressources from your own base after attempting to scout an enemy base in Clan Wars.


Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Clan wars, browse to enemy camp, attempt to scout an enemy village (this was during war day) -> nothing will happen, I assume this is normal and you can't see their base?

2) Close Clan wars screen and go back to your village. We cannot collect any ressources from your mines in your own base anymore. Tapping on it does nothing.

3) You cannot also see any clanmate's village (Tap on their name and choose visit)


Only way to fix this is to exit the game, force quit the app and re-open it.


THis was on iPad & iPad mini both at latest iOS revisions

That is weird. Does ur clan show as a loss in war? Or a win?
