Our clan is experiencing this issue and over an hour has passed. I believe the maintenance was only 30 mins.

We had this issue yesterday, as a leader i thought the same thing. The way to fix this is to have everyone log out of the app and force-close the app from the multitask. You must wait for a while, it took us a few hours but may be just cause it was yesterday, to fix the stuck spectator screen.

But tu the new issue is having the timer stuck on 0 and not entering war day, hopefully as some said above it is due to the maintenance break we had earlier today and will just go away with time, i really hope its that and not some new bug:/

No official word about prep day stuck at 0?

This is a bug, if they left this for 3-4 days with no word, ya, sure I would love some free gems for our hassle, but 30-45 minutes? When they've announced they're working on it? ya, no, give them some time.
