Yeah our whole Clan (VDub with the blue and white shield) is stuck in prep day at 0sec remaining, we all have put money in the game the past 24 hours to get ready for this and now nothing. I cant even get a gem box (mattyice) on my land! Our whole clan has logged off and waited a couple minutes as well. I understand there was a huge rush of people excited for this and waiting for this but a simple message saying we are working on it in the game would be nice. Oh and some free gems for the thousands of gems I just spent getting ready for this!

Prep Day is over and the whole can not attack. We can Scout and donate but we can't attack. Prep day count down is stuck at 0 and has been for the past hour. Please fix it
I'm assuming the team at Supercell have a few kinks to work out after the new "Clan Wars" update. I'm not sure if this is the issue so I'd like to address what I am experiencing. I do not understand the ranking system for the clan war page. I'm ranked top 5 in my clan but on our war map I'm at the very bottom along with another good player. The crossed ax emblem shows no marking next to my name nor many other great players in my clan. I also am unable to receive troops for clan war. Thank you ahead of time for the replies!
