Why cant you add selecting only elders and up to limit clan.that way just demote any players to members that dont want to war or cant due to other issues

I'd like to clarify one or more of my earlier posts...
After 2.5 wars, in a clan that is well over a year old now and has players from TH7 to TH10, I see a worrying trend already... in a large, mixed clan, the big-guns just get ignored, because attacking them is a poor strategy. People who have worked a year or more, developing a decent (but nowhere near maxed) TH10, are never attacked, because there are always easier targets to get 2-3 stars from, so why risk a huge army on a powerful opponent trying to get 1-2 stars (and risk getting none)?
Now after watching a lot of replays, I fully understand that you can't force every TH10 player to attack a similar strength of base... some have obviously been farming their whole life and struggle to get 2 stars on a fully operational TH8. That's fine, over time they might get better, I'd rather they have the chance to pick an appropriate target of lower strength, and do what they can.
But on the flip-side, it's pretty sad to see all the decent TH10 never getting attacked, because there ar plenty of TH9 and TH8 targets to attack instead. There needs to be some better incentives / force everyone's base to be attacked at least once, not just have everybody beat up on the bottom 2/3 of the opposing clan trying to 3 star them all.
The best idea I have so far, is to at least force a clan to attack every enemy once, before any base can be attacked a second time. This would also help stop people attacking a base that has already been 2-3 starred, because they didn't notice, didn't understand, or whatever. It won't stop clans throwing their lowest players at the top ("sacrificial lambs"), but I'd hope it's a step in the right direction. At least everyone in your clan, should see some kind of action, and feel they are contributing on attack as well as defense.
p.s. I am early TH10, ranked 4th in my clan; we have around 10 of 45 members at TH10, and so far each war sees only our one lowest TH10 ever get attacked (it ranks below a few TH9). In our latest war, we face a similar number of TH10's, and have only attacked 2 of them because they had exposed TH (we sent our lowest TH levels at exposed TH, to get easy 1-stars, and also to get them big loot bonuses). We ignore their TH10, same as they ignore ours, because they have plenty of strong TH9 that our big gun attackers can 2-3 star instead. It's not that some of us couldn't have a go at their TH10, it's just that doing so would be 1-2 stars at best, so we have no reason to do so (except for the challenge, but that risks ruining our clan war).
Dump whole castle or individual troops within them in clan wars?
I'm particularly pleased with the ability to dump clan war clan castle troops. Would we have to dump whole castles or individual troops within the castle?

Now nearing the end of our third clan war i am sorry to say that war gets old too fast..
I think there really needs to be more reason / more to winn in war than just some individual loot..
Really wondering a lot why war bonus is rewarded individually in the first place.. Being that this is a combined clan effort, maybe the war bonus should go into a pot instead then be distributed to all players by a % for each attack made.. Fight as a team, winn as a team, and get rewarded as a team !
Annyways, just getting loot as only reward is really starting to get a bit meeehh.. Not really exiting as a price when in reality you could have raided much more loot in the real game without waiting for huge army to build.. So think war really needs some extraordinary prices (gems, clan perks and stuff like that) to keep the exitement for playing it.
And again.. Please seperate it from real game, so you can make all your war troops, war spells, war heroes in the war village.. Not taking time from your normal village and gameplay..
