I'm currently upgrading (iow maxing) my TH8, and still have three types of defenses missing. I still have to upgrade:
- all 5 Archer Towers to lvl 10
- all 3 Teslas to lvl 6
- all 3 Air Defenses lo lvl 6
If I have some extra gold i am putting it on walls, still missing a lot of the skull walls (198 to go).
i'll go for the tesla tower!
Do tesla n archer towers maybe 1 each at same time if you can pull in enough loot. Then air once archer towers are maxed. This is assuming you have already maxed mortar and wiz towers if not do them first.
thanks, all other defenses are already maxed, guess I'll start with teslas, and hope to be able to amass the 5.5 million i need to put tesla and archer tower at the same time.Quote:

I'm a big fan of upgrading as many as possible at the same time. High risk but high reward and it's worked out great for me so far because I farm what I need, spend it and have no reason for anybody to attack me. :D
The forumees opinion favors teslas, i will go with them, though the time to upgrade them is huge. and i'm not even close to beeing able to get them to lvl 7, maybe in a year. Jaja
teslas (they are the slowest building to update)
air def ( they would add the most to your base)
I reread the specs of each of these defenses and found out the best improving defense will be the air defense and the worse is the archer tower, so my best bet is to start with teslas, the AD, and last AT.
Teslas first, because they take forever to max.
Air defenses because they are very crucial. Almost 50% of attacks on TH8 bases is the giant healer. It will also help against mass dragons.
Lvl 6 Teslas Are insane on th8 bases, really high dps for a th8 base.
