Why are wall breakers so powerful?

Every troop has its limitations in this game and they cannot attack every base successfully. The wall breakers are the only troop that works on any type of base now. Why are they different than other troops in this regard? After the last update the air mines limited what bases 12 level 3 dragons can successfully attack. My xbows don't even shoot at the air and I routinely beat 11 and 12 dragon attacks on defense because of the air mines. Telsa towers were made more powerful to target Pekkas so they curtailed their power. It's obvious the limitations of the other troops so I won't expound on them.

With this horrible update there is no base that limits the wall breakers, why are they so powerful now? Why are they catering to noobs and neglecting the hardcore players? Only the noobs were complaining about wall breakers because the skilled players figured out how to use them. They are dumbing down this game and its going to drive the hardcore players away. Go to their Facebook page, most of the comments are negative about the wall breaker update. Now everybody is going to have the same design, way to stifle creativity.

Some people are saying,"Wait and see." Well, I saw the video Supercell put out and it showed me everything that I needed to come to these conclusions. Where are the updates to help our clans? All of these updates are about buying gems, it's really sad. Give a little back, you make over $700,000 a day, come on! You act like you are doing us a favor with these updates when they are making you millions of dollars. Give us things that help us and don't require gems to buy. How about a clan bulletin board to post our clan rules in and other important information. How about other things of this nature that many people post about in the sub forum.

Don't be fooled by the video!

Those are level 5 wbs attacking golden walls.

Replace those wall with rightful pink or purple and voila, anti-climatic to say the least.

I Agree the WB after the update seems overpowered.

But I don't like it when you keep saying that statement over and over again.

I repeat.
In the past, offense is always stronger than defense.
With this update, offense will most likely be much stronger than defense.

You must look at them from a defense and offense POV.

For Noobs,
Attacking will be easier with the new WB on a normal base.

BUT, defense will be hell for them as they have limited walls

For pros,
Attacking will be easier against bases as there are anti-wall breaker bases are no longer existance(we shall see)
(In the past, there are really some anti wb base that requires atleast 14 wb to break through, assuming no wb dies)

Defense will be harder(I will just make that general statement now, as new strategic placement of walls have not been confirmed)

But in the end, who is the one that actually benefits ?

The active players.

You raid more, you earn more, especially so when its easier to reach resources now with new WB's AI.

fyi, since we are expected to lose alot more resources with the wb ai, more segmentation will be important.

I understand the ease of just linking whatever supercell does to gemming and making us spend, but this updated WB AI just shows that they have been listening to players feedback and doing something about it. Yes, these "player feedback" might just be noobs whining, but hey ? Thats the majority of the players you know.

Besides, its not going to affect hardcore gemmers, who are trophy hunting.

Also on the video were archer towers shooting wbs. They are still vulnerable to being shot. Move your teslas away from the storage toward the bit of wall you WANT wbs to hit, and hey presto! Wbs will only destroy walls it they get there. The clever bit is to lure unsuspecting players to target specific areas. That's your job. Think carefully...
