Fraud transaction?

On your invoice from Apple will be a link to "Report a Problem" If you are pretty sure you didn't make the purchase, use that link and start a dialogue with Apple. They will be able to investigate the IP address, Device UDID, etc that made the purchase and at least narrow down the "pretty sure" to a positive answer one way or the other.

There really is nothing we can help you with here, as all purchases are made through Apple's infrastructure.
