How to calculate clan trophy shown in Master Tournament?

Can anyone tell me the formula to calculate clan's trophy achievement as shown in the "Master Tournament" & if there's a cutoff time to made it? Daily? Weekly? By what time?

1-10 50%
11-20 25%
21-30 12%
31-40 10%
41-50 3%


Where the left column is the player's rank in the clan and the right one is the percentage of their trophies that get applied to the total.
