Before i begin, this is going to be using facts to make assumptions on how clan wars is going to play out against everything else.
As we know, our bases have to be rearranged during preperation day which means alot of farmers are going to need a new base layout, (for at least the end of the preparation day). This could be annoying as it takes a while to get a unique base that is good for defense against, however maybe the loot rewards will be high enough to warrant this change.
So far, we have been told that you gain more loot bonus for taking on harder bases, however this means more expensive armies are needed to access the core which will obviously eat into your profits for the war bonus. Is it worth attacking harder bases with more expensive armies for more loot?
I personally believe this entire concept is completly against what farmers want. Farmers want as much loot a possible in a minimum amount of time however, clan wars encourages long training armies for a possible win against another base and then gambling that your clan wins the war. If they lose then you have obviously lost lots of loot. So far clan wars seems very anti farmer to me
If we look at the effect it will have at the current loot economy, we have been told that a raid can take 5-10% of loot from the storage. If its holding 1,000,000 of each resource (assuming it actually can), then we could take 50,000-100,000 loot each plus any extra from collectors and storages. This is the most likely path im going to follow as a farmer as it means less change for me and more loot.
What do you guys think we should do as farmers?
