Building new buildings during clan war

Hi i want to ask what happens to new buildings being constructed during clan wars? everyone stated that stuctures being upgraded will be there for clan wars but with lower level. How about building thats just started to build?

Buildings that are upgrading will be available and active at their previous level....new buildings will not be active because they never have been active.

well they are active if you just started to build first level

I starated building xbows and they have 3 days left but in my Clan Wars Base it says that they have been built so I guess new buildings will just show up?

yep thats what i did BUT you cant choose its attacks mode which is super weird

I read any level 1 structure not completed before the 24hr prep is complete will leave a hole/space in that spot so we had our clan members move them to the outside of the walls so enemies couldnt get a quick inside attack.

its interesting that you see a xbow on your war map.

and you cant see them? coz i can see any uncompleted lvl 1 buildings on war map in my clan

can someone from supercell reply? this is kinda important issue

I'm fairly sure that they work just as the heroes, meaning they will be able for defence. That you're able to see your xbows on the war map is another indicator.

If you are upgrading your AQ or BK and enter the war phase of a clan war, they will be available to you for both attack and defense at the level they are being upgraded FROM. If your AQ/BK are new but haven't completed being built (that sounds weird), they will be available at level 1.

I think that the last part are more for buildings then heroes since heroes are a instant build.

Based upon what Steve from Supercell said regarding AQ and BK that if they are started before battle/war phase then they will be level 1, I would assume the same is true for buildings.
