Good luck. Like I said, every base I'm trying at TH10 seems to perform the same. I don't go above 2850 (I'm a farmer and enjoy logging off) so maybe I'm not meeting the 'serious players'. Because loot is overflowing at 2600-2800 layout (unless you are being silly) seems to be irrelevant.

...and I'd love to post a replay or two but nobody attacked me in the last war. I was ranked 28th in the clan too. Grumble grumble grumble. I used an appropriate version of this for farming. Performed the same as all the others. Few attacks, good GoWiWi gets two stars and most good attacks take 1 or 2 storages.

I'm getting the feeling this is why there are so few TH10 designs on the forums. It just doesn't seem to matter that much.

This was a classic example of 'spray and pray'. Add a few heal spells and this will probably crush any TH8 and maybe two star a TH9 with some luck. To do any damage at TH10 it needs a lot of luck. The second attack is the one that's worth watching. Look at the precision. Every loon has a purpose. Nothing is wasted. Despite traps and CC being spent from the first attack I think he still would have convincingly won if I had them. It isn't perfect but mistakes made in this style of looning are much more forgiving.

A good loon attack is a safe bet for that 50% star. Spray and pray is like doing the lottery.

Nice Pea. If you are interested, I took the base up to 3250. I won 4 defenses this season, and was pretty happy with it. It hold up as well as any other, so TY for that.

You are absolutely right in my opinion though about the reason there aren't so many TH10 base guides. I really do think that you are just waiting from a mistake from your opponent more than anything else, so they are all much the same.

How come the balloons on the left side went for the Wiz Tower and not the Tesla... They were definitely closer in proximity to the Tesla, weren't they? Supercell, you get me every time... :P

That's an interesting question, yes. Maybe because the WT had started hitting the loons before the Tesla did they were assumed to be the bigger threat and therefore next target.

That's just me guessing though.

Although going on that logic, defence-led troops would always be going for the far off X-Bow. Hmmmm, don't listen to me. Move along.

Been using it for about a week now and I really wish I'd have found the time to record all the replays. It's been working great even with two Air Defence upgrading. Heroes asleep. Two core X-Bows pointing down. Corner X-Bow pointing up.

Usual story defence-wise. Spray-and-pray looners/hoggers lose. Careful looners get a star. Good GoWiWi-ers get the two star. Bad GoWiWi-ers get nothing.
