Bottom line is this change makes sense for gameplay, which was my original point. Call it broken or not, that's unimportant.

The mechanics could've been anything at all... Instead of "nearest wall", it could've been "target furthest wall from the town hall" or any number of other bad ideas. The fact is, WBs needed a "common sense" tweak and they got it, and I'm glad SC listened to reason. It has nothing to do with people's skill level, it has to do with the class not sufficiently performing its lone task in the game. Would be no different than if arranging your mines in a certain order caused archers to lay down and take a nap... People can figure it out and "master" the tactic, but it doesn't make it any less dumb.
