New to clash of clans, got some questions for the pros

Hi there, I have a couple questions for the pros out there.

1. For an early lvl 9 town hall, what trophy range do you think is best for farming?
2. What are some of the attack strategies that you guys use? and if you could, what are strengths and weaknesses of your attack strategy?
3. Finally, what do you think of my base design? Suggestions, criticism and feedback would be appreciated
