I'm looking to try out new combinations of troops, an army that isn't too expensive, but is very effective and helps to push.

I'm looking to try out new combinations of troops, an army that isn't too expensive, but is very effective and helps to push.
I use barch (barbarians and archers).
Firsts, just lure clan castle and heros. Then destroy them. Next, I surround the base with barbs and archers behind them. I use a few wallbreakers and the Barb King to get the Town Hall. Some players use lighting spells to take out mortars, but I do not. This has worked for me up to high Crystal 2, and it is cheap and trains very fast. There are many tutorials on YouTube on this strategy.

I use all archers normally but sometimes i use 20 hog riders, 100 archers and 3 lvl4 heal spells (never needed to use all three, 1-2 heal spells were enough).
Barch is enough to get to 2400 (Crystal 1) at TH8. Past that, I had trouble with everything but mass drag, which eats elixir like no tomorrow.

Yeah, however. I plan to use the balloon minion strategy once i get to crystal. Im th 9 pushing to masters for the first time. Got lvl 6 balloons and lvl 3 minions. I plan to use max rage spells with them. But i need to save my elixir to make those armies, which is why im looking for a new army that is cheap but effective. Barch is working for me so far, so ill see how far I can get. Thanks for your help everyone. ✌️
