Tom bought my marker stakes?!

Tom bought 8 marker stakes from my other farm! I thought he was never sent for expansion material...
But look at the pics, he is busted!! :cool:
How can this happen? I'm sure I can't send Tom for some bolts, wish I could!! ;))

This Hay Day farmer didn't have screenshots to 'prove' Tom's guilt. But I have. One is made when I visited my second farm with my first farm-account, so you can see what Tom bought. The other one is a screenshot from the RSS of my second farm. As you can see Tom bought 8 marker stakes for the max. price. Moderators, how is this possible? I sell those items to my friends and family. The farm has no followers, never advertises anything...:confused:

I've often found Tom buying things. Mods, is he helping others searching for things? Or does he do this for no reason? I've found Greg buys things too.... What's this about?

But he isn't supposed to buy expansion material!! That's the big difference...

How long have the marker stakes been in your RSS? Tom & Greg usually buy items that have been sitting there for a while that no one else wants to buy. But if that is the case wouldn't they sell faster? I mean it seems at least somebody would need them to expand so they shouldn't be sitting there for a while.....?

Hmm, maybe 1 or 2 days. My friends buy some of the items but don't need all of them. But I think it's very strange for Tom to buy items, because he can't be hired to do so.

yes, anything that remains for a long time in the RSS (2 days and onwards) will be bought by either Greg or Tom. Regardless of what it is.

Last time I checked my RSS, Greg bought 5 blue sweaters at max price... and is keeping them for winter I think... as they aren't in his RSS

Oh ok so about 1 or 2 days. Yes, if its even sitting there for that long then either Tom or Greg is going to buy it regardless of what the item is. It's true you can't hire Tom for expansion & upgrade materials but the reason he bought them was because its been sitting there for a while.

I hate to be captain obvious here but maybe someone uses Toms avatar and name. Could happen. Just saying.

Also I've just thought, maybe the system isn't set up to recognise what item is actually left in the RSS for the max time before it is automatically bought by Tom or Greg .

However Farmyfun, I wonder how many farmers (reading this thread ) are thinking ...hmmm I wish you were my neighbour... Ohhhh precious stakes :cool:
