I know you can get clash of clans for PC and Mac with Blue staks and other emulator's but is there ever going to be clash of clans for pc? Like an official app for pc that you don't need to download any other program to use it? Or even online would be nice. Like a facebook game or something?

No im not sure supercell allowed play in pc
It would be stupid of SC to. PC is so much more prone to ♥♥♥♥ing and backdoors modification. If they released it on PC it would also ruin the experience in my opinion.
