Highly doubt any New heroes. Considering only around 30 people have the heroes maxed or considerably close to maxed, I don't think so, I'm thinking, level 11 barracks, or new DE barracks. I'm thinking level 11 barracks though because they are starting to make everything level 11 now in the updates, for example: Archer towers in the last update. Just a suspition though.Quote:

if level 11 barack, the new troop can be used by TH9 players only
DE is still useless to TH8 or below players after BK has been created.
