Make sure you have 5 builders.
Max collectors and offensive troops.
Raid a lot.
Got a lot of catching up to do but it's doable. Base needs some work with defense arrangement. Usually want to keep xbows centered. Air defenses, WTs, and teslas in a square pattern and mortars triangulated. I wouldnt even worry much about your layout though, focus on catching up.

As for defenses and walls, dude you need to get those up. I would suggest making a new account and avoid making the mistakes you have made. You won't regret it!
