Farming at town hall 10

Hi guys,
so as the title suggests, I want to discuss farming at town hall 10. I have been at town hall 10 for close to a month now, but have not found very good loot. I was using basic troops around 1900 trophies, but it got boring searching for the right base. Right now I am gaining trophies and going to go up to 2500/2600 (around masters league). I want to farm with balloons and minions, a lot of people in my clan are doing that right now. I have a nice base set up, but I would like some input on using this strategy. I have watched/read some things on the internet, but still have not fully grasped the concept. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

If you're looking to use the balloons and minions strategy, then you should watch Daddy's videos on youtube!
He uses this strategy alot and I think he has a balloonion guide too, So watch his videos and you'll get the idea.
Then all you need is a bit of practice with it.

I'm TH9, just a warning, but ballooned up at masters recently. Use 4 rages, 1 lightning, 24 loons, and 60 minions (assuming you have 240 space and max spell factory). If not, 3 rages, 1 lightning, 24 loons, and 50 minions.

How I do it:

Use 1-4 balloons to kill arch towers, ad's or wiz towers while pulling cc/aq.

Kill CC/AQ.

Launch a few balloons at a time (5-10). Use rage spells close to WT's, XBows, and AD's, or when balloons have a long way to travel.

Send in Minions behind balloons for support. Balloons take the red air bombs out and minions provide extra dps.

Does this work for farming, im not that fussed about trophies but the 50% would be nice

I'm Th10 for a while I already got to Master to farm... and I also farmed at Gold...

The thing is...

If you have sometime to farm, you can wait for 20-30 min between raid... you should farm at Gold 1 and 2, with barbarians and archers. I use 100 barb, 90 archers, 30 gg, and 10 wall breakers. You should aim for at least 80k exilir, and 100k gold or more... You can find a lot of base with resources on the collector, so it is easy...

If you wanna wait more between raid, to train troops take 40-1 hour, go to master 2 and above... use Balloons and minions, the bonus almost cover the cost of the troops... And you can find easily raid with 200k+, but you must have your troops prepared, ballons6, minion5+, rage max, lighting max, and freeze 3+... Balloons are great, but take a while to be good with them...

Gold I/II ---> if you want elixir and gold...
Master2+ ---> if you want dark exilir and gold...

thinking about going TH10 but I'm not sure as I am an active player so I would barch and not loon wondering if it is still possible to profit

Ya my balloons, minions, rage, lightning except for the freeze are maxed. Im going to go up, gold league is boring. How many spells do you recommend using? Should I am to not use them?
