Clan castle 5 can hold 1mill gold and 1 mill elixir 5k dark elixir

I've watched Chief pat's latest video about the clan wars details. Suddenly he clicked his CC which maxed (currently lvl5) and i've noticed it has tr upgrade button 7m cost. Does anyone saw it too?
