Big problem.. Read on.. I need help!!

the thing is, i was playing clash of clans happily on my tablet.... i was doing very well(in terms of progress).... then my tab went on service.... when it came back, all the apps were gone.... only those apps which were there when i bought the tab were there...... clash of clans too went away... i installed it again and it started again from the tutorial :confused: ..... all i need is some help on how to get back to my old account and continue from where i left it.... plz help... need it badly....

Are you logged in in Gamecenter?
When logged in, your old village should be back.

yep.. i did try logging into google+.... it did log in... all i wanna know is the method to bring my village back by google+ or any other way......

I'm afraid your village will be lost then..

Gamecenter is for Apple only I think so you can ignore that part lol.

Well for starters, create a G+ account, then.....

Follow these steps:

Clash Player Support can try to reattach your game to a new Google+ account. Please follow these steps:

Log into or confirm that you are logged into Google+
Start a new game of Clash of Clans on your device, and complete the tutorial
Go into the in-game settings and connect your village to Google+ using the Google+ sign in button
Contact them using the "Help and Support" button in the settings menu.

The following information will be required:

Name of the village:
Name of the clan you are part of:
Town Hall level:
Date and time of your last playing session:

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.

If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can either PM support with your ticket number that you will receive in an automated response email OR create another thread stating your ticket number.

If you didn't take any action to preserve yr data before, do you expect miracles?

You don't have to start over, follow the steps I provided before. Guys please stop posting useless information...

Did you log in with your Google Account since you played this game and started? If yes, then reinstall the game with your Google Account logged in and there should pop up if you want to load your previous village. If you didn't, contact supercell immediately and send them your Name, Clan, Level, and Town Hall Level.
