Road to Champion League

Hey guys. Just started my push as a th9 to get 2000 gems for a free 5th builder. Currently on 2644 cups. And i just wanna say hi to all of you. Comment below your iGN and clan, ad maybe a screenshot so that i cannot attack you. I mean forums is my home. So you all are my family. ;)

I'm a th9 ign the greed I reach champ already max th9 I try 3 anti hog base and the last base I copied to you but in master 1-champ I don't have def win..like 100+ wins 0 def... Good luck bro...I used gowipe and hogs...3 weeks of push so hard for th9.. In first two weeks I'm near 3176 but I lose twice again and again my cups drop to 2960.. But the last week I try hard to achieved champ..yehey.. Bsta pinoy matibay yan😄👍

Not really but I plan on posting a thread about getting to Master and Champion league shortly which should answer a lot of questions for many.

Good luck mate. I was going for 3000 but got so incredibly bored that I topped out around 2875. I'm still above 2800 but am just sticking around until Sunday when our clans push ends. I find it so mind numbing up here and it has taken all of the joy out of CoC for me. You either have to stay online for 6 hour chunks which I can't and won't do, or you have to boost spells/heroes and possibly barracks as well which I am also not willing to do as I'm not into spending gems. So, I can spend 2-3 hours a day to make 30-50 trophies only to have one or two losses cost more... simply not worth it for me.

Just this morning with a loonion army I had to next more than 250 times just to find a base I had a chance of getting 50% on... so get used to that.

Also, defense is useless. I've tried three bases now, two being "famous" ringus bases which have not helped one bit really as after 2700 people can crack those with hogs no problem. The base I'm using now seems to be the best and people are normally only getting one star. Besides that, 17 of my last 20 defences have been mass hogs with a couple of GoWiWi's and a loonion attack. I lost all but one of them.

Good luck mate and hope you are more patient than me. 2600+ has sucked all the joy out of the game for me and I look forward to Sunday night when I go back down in trophies to crystal or high golds and start having fun again.

Thanks for the advice. Got some mistake on my past raid got lost 100 cups because of misclick, using iphone is terrible, been misclicked heroes and troops and spells too so i faild 6raids and lost 100 cups. Jeeeez

I can empathize. Just pick up yourself up and get pushing. Set backs are part of the game. Its how you deal with it.

The well known bases actually set you back, as people up there already have the experience and knowledge on how to take it down, such as knowing weak spots, trap placements and so on.

At the OP, good luck for champion! I myself haven't reached it yet, tried a couple of times but got quite stressed haha :P one day...

I decided to stop my push. And lurking around masters to practice my loonion skills. And tbh im waiting gor my teslas to finished before i go

Practice makes perfect my friend.

Just think, when you go to push, you will not feel the same amount of pressure as you would now, because by then you will have mastered the loons ;)

Its up to you, i'm a balloonion user. I farmed all my defenses using it without and builder sleeping. You can use it for farming as i am on master, giants is useless here.

Unfortunately SC made it impossible for TH9's to make it to Champion after recent updates...

Of course it is possible for any TH9 to get to Champs... but all of those people above 3200 (especially those around 3700) must sacrifice so much of their lives just for this game and that is something people have to consider whilst wanting to push for 3200 as a TH9 or lower. Unless you can play some massive blocks of time everyday you are simply not going to make it to and stay above 3200, let alone progress to 3500-3700! When you are shooting for 1* victories each time this simply doesn't get you very far very fast.

Same with money and spending cash on gems and this is a near necessity if you want to profit trophies daily. Again, some people don't wish to spend money on gems, even if it is only $5-$10 per week (just random numbers) to do so.

I guess I am just disappointed that unless you do both of those above listed you really don't stand a chance at champs. This is not a bad thing as SC needs people to be be spending money and time on the game to keep it up and running. I guess it just squeezes out the casual/slightly above casual gamers and their chances of going to champ.

My opinion anyways as my two weeks above 2800 has been nothing but unenjoyable and mind numbing. Of course, best of luck to those who wish to make the climb though.

lol that's very true, the only difference between a 3100 and a 3200 is the 3200 have the ability to play uninterrupted 6 hour sessions, by uninterrupted I mean not even interrupted for over 5 minutes where the device will auto shutdown. No sudden work, no elevators (because a Faraday's cage will disconnect you from the internet and you will lose 20 cups), lol, you need to have total control of your time. Oh and also expect to gem at least heroes and spells.

Most bases above 2900 are maxed and everything except yourself above 3100 is maxed TH10. If anything, 3100 is enough to prove the skill of a TH9, it is a feat, but also a painful path you choose yourself if you go for 3200. I don't think any TH9 would want to do this more than once.
