clan camp?!

Since there is clan wars being implemented now and at any time your clan will be needing troops.. but uh oh your sleeping and cant donate or you are in different time zones.. you wouldnt want to lose a raid based on no clan troops so what if we could donate troops to a "camp" that players could take out of whenever thhey please max how ever many the leader and only leader decides.. cooldown would have to be atleast 1-2 hours so everyone can take troops whenever theey need!

Please help me on this idea. I know this is jumbled up but im new soo..
