See, members have to be loyal so they can promoted. Elders have to take a watch on clan that how it goes. They can promote members to elders. Co-leaders have to see that elders are managing well or not. They can edit the clan,promote members to elders, elders to co leaders and can demote them too. The Leader is the head of the clan.His work is too maintain the clan well, listen to the complaints and be cool. But, he should always be aware of hoppers, traitors and oter bad people.
