Is my base rushed?

If you attack others then IMO by far your first priority should always be army camp army camp army camp. If you don't attack and just use collectors (seriously, I know someone that does this LOL and they aren't a defender type base person) then obviously upgrade your collectors as high as they can go. At TH 7 I think you can push them up to the max.

After army camps, then work on upgrading the troops you raid with (this often requires the lab to be upgrade first) and spell factory. Getting new build items that take zero or very little time to build are great if you have the resources to add those to your base.

As others mentioned, luckily you are not higher than TH 7 so should be able to slowly catch back up and get some stuff upgrading to make your game play more enjoyable and successful.

Might as well use the 1 gem boost for collectors right now to have them pumping out gold and elixir for you too.

Ya ur base is totally rushed. Farm hard and max out everything. First max out outer walls then inner walls and then go for defences. Then upgrade troops starting archer or goblins.
Don't rush again coz I am a town hall lvl 5 and i have all barbs arch gobs three. And my lightning speel is alspo lvl 2. Don't worry farm hard with all gobs or archers.

It's said that actually relatively speaking its advanced.

Yes, but it's great to rush to TH7

I have walls like yours when I'm on TH7.

Got the Hidden Tesla set up, my third mortar, 3/4 of the outside walls are level 5, and one of my cannons is going to be Level 6 by the time I get my other two builders freed up.
