Would it be ok to upgrade to TH 10 when everything is maxed except for Barbarian King or Archer Queen for example maybe level 15? I'm not a TH 9 yet but super close so I'm just planning.

Upgrade now, that way more people can raid your base easier :cool:
IMO full lvl 9 walls, maxed defense, and lvl 20 heros minimum to go to th10. you wont regret it
