Hopefully it will all even out as a few weaker/lower clashers in your clan may mean you war against easier opposition on average, so your stronger/higher players get an easier time even if your weaker/lower ones do not.

Is it possible to select a clan of ur choice for a war??
ah I thought you meant attacking, rather than defending. In that case yes, depending when you switch to a clan wars type base your defending will be weaker. I can see most people running either hybrid bases or trophy bases with a spacer like the research facility where you intend to place your th (then your th out in the open) and maybe your gold stores more central. At least then Only 5 buildings will need to be switched each time.
Thanks a lot to Dave for answering so many questions!
I have a few questions please:
1. For troops donated to war bases in CW, where are the troops drawn from? From your non-CW base's army camps?
2. For troops used to attack war bases in CW, where are the droops drawn from? From your non-CW base's army camps?
3. Will I be able to train troops in my non-CW base (farming army) and my CW base (war army) simultaneously?
4. For both CW attacks, I can only have the same CC troops that my CW-mates donated to me during the preparation day, correct?
Thanks again, Dave!
I believe tactics and communication are the most important things for CW.
Would the Leaders be able to communicate with individual (specific) clan members after this update?
TIA.
Not sure if this has been answered yet, so I apologize if it has already been asked. So we know that clan wars only includes the top 30 players (if possible). Does this mean the matchmaking only counts those 30, or does it still use all of the members stats to decide an opponent?
If someone chooses not to participate in Clan Wars will this hurt their clans chance of winning? Is there a way to opt-out so you don't participate but not hurt your clan in the process?
*Edit* question has already been answered.
