SC brings in a lot of revenue, and makes Apple look good. I doubt that Apple would even want to disapprove a CoC update given it's following and the hype CW has received.

Is there going to be a seperate leaderboard for clans now? If so, what is it going to be based on, stars?

Apple doesn't approve or disapprove an update based on the company or just to have a laugh. If the update breaks some rules it won't get approved. Given that, I highly doubt SC spent 2 months and will break any rule with the new update.

no, there won't be any storages in the clan castle during normal multiplayer mode

Yes Chief Pat touched on this briefly in his newest video as of today. After the clan war, whatever loot you are due (depending on win or loss) will go into your clan castle storages. You then have to empty them into your regular storages. He mentions that approximately 5-10% of resources in your CC storages will be available to be looted in regular attacks outside of clan wars.

Yes , you can steal gold , elixir and dark elixir from your/their clan castle in "normal mode" but only arround 5% of its total , thus you can only steal 20/1000 gold/elixir/dark elixir
