I think his point was to promote people to elder until they have been in the clan for a while and donated more than a few troops. I'm not sure if I have misinterpreted but it sounds like someone joined and they donated 5-20 troops so you gave him elder and then he kicked someone.

Is there currently on the clan wars sneek peek? Is clan wars the only thing in the update?
