i know expected to be optional as we imagine our own clan wars ...
but after reading all information about clan wars and watching youtubers videos ...
i think its funny to be optional as the search says you suitable for matching this clan
and all defenses working , and you cant lose loots , actually you can gain loooot
after all that you make it optional too much supercell too much :cool:
we want loot from those who wants to be in peace farming their bases like hayday
bc it is the system loot not their loot. and they could surrender and give us their money ;)

I think there is a possibility that Clan Wars will greatly help at least the fun value to TH rushers. Since it factors in everything and winning a war is based on the number of stars...
A premature Th10 with duel lvl 3 infernos and at least one good combination of troops max could potentially have an advantage in this match making set up depending on the exact weight things have and how loots is calculated. (assuming your narrow sighted and don't weight it with the cons)
I've been playing boom beach and match matching is completely different. After maxing my first few headquarter levels I came to the realization there was no penalty associated with rushing. No loot penalty, matchmaking is based on what bases you are beating.
So your presented with an option. Maxing defenses and collectors and advancing slowly, or rushing offense - spending everything before you log off and simply being able to crush whoever attacks you. This is especially true since the frequency of attacks is based off your radar level - which you have complete control over.
Anyway, I'm not getting smashed yet. I am open for being steamrolled but loots not to hard to come by and as long as I can keep things going I am happy.
So, this could be interesting.
