Yes it is true that you are suppose to attack other clans but also is it possible if a gm or worker of clash of clans is seeing this add a guild war system where 2 guilds choose there top 10 players and for 1 day or 14 hours attack that one guild and whoever wins gets guild points or gems a fair way to figure out which guild is the best and the new guilds obviously start from the bottom so is this a good idea or not if it is i suggest u add this system
