If I were still TH7, I think I would give this a try. It looks pretty solid for a TH7!
I think that you should switch one of hi he gold and elixir storages so that it is more soread out
Overall a very solid looking base!
One quick thing, lightning could do some serious damage to the top mortar along with CC troops and gold storages all in a shot or two if timed and placed correctly so as poster above mentioned switching one gold and elix storage for balance is probably a good idea.
Being a little picky-
Any idea if wallbreaker AI placed just above TH targets the mortar chamber or do they slide left and right? Obviously if they target the mortar then your gold is pretty exposed.
The lack of compartments for lower base defenses makes it easy to break the compartment open and then rush in some goblins to spring the traps/bombs in there although most people probably wouldn't try that in lower Gold league I would think.
If a patient giant/healer attacker waited for giants to take down the lower cannons/ATs and giants start heading to ADs as raider releases healers then the healers I'm guessing could probably ride behind the giants the rest of the way fairly safely.
Do you have a second tesla? Maybe it could be put between the Elix storages to help hit healers if they get deployed after giants do some damage to lower compartment plus they could zap slow giants a lot as the giants hit the cannons and moved toward the ATs and then zap again after giants take out ADs plus could zap healers as giants go from the ATs to the ADs where giants might be out of range of the tesla (so tesla may redirect fire at a healer potentially).
Do you have some experience with raids to give us some ideas who hits it and what they use?
I'm pretty new to the game so don't have much experience but it looks like a darn good effort IMO.:cool::D
Edit: oops just saw the second tesla. If people attack from the bottom more often (with TH up top guessing they probably go for that side first) you might want to move a tesla down to the area between elix storages. Again, looks like a nice effort from a quick a glance. Ah, also just noticed splash damage is limited down low so guessing serious attacks would come from that way. But it is a TH 7 so not a lot of tools to work with.
Looks solid, but isn't the top compartment easy to breach? The gold could be gone pretty fast if a guy has say 10 giants, 4-5 wall breakers, a rage spell, a heal spell, and lots of goblins.

While I like the idea of double giant bombs especially for hog attacks or really denting giants, I am guessing they don't get run over by hogs all that much based on where the defensive structures are at in relation to the bombs.
It would work pretty well on giants though if they travel thru the chamber and giant attacks are probably much more common to a TH 7 than hogs. So if trophy level isn't real high they may work just fine where they are. If pushing (some TH 7 like to go up in league for better league bonuses too :D) then I would probably rework the giant bombs.
Have you had a chance to see it perform against attacks much yet and trophy range?
