ninjas and titans to attack town hall

add ninjas for dark barracks and there favorite target is living things and the titans like to attack town hall but if any thing annoys it i will attack it 2 but after attacking town hall it gets his revenge and they could be like ugly and of cores very big at least as big as a barbarian king but it should look like an animal. I wish u accept that and put it in the clash of clans at least somthing like it i know its so hard but try
thnx +more about ninjas: hen they get to lvl 3 they can climb walls but they may fall and get hurt its better for lvl 5 to do it and they always try to sneek around and the unliving defences sometimes miss them and there speed is like the goblins but a bit faster and they attack with two blades + the ninja king makes shadows to trick defences and sneek to attack living things

Anything that attacks the town hall is ruled out. The ninja idea is interesting though. Could you add more details?

What does ruled out mean??? I keep hearing people say making heros based on troops is ruled out

Supercell has ruled out certain ideas, such as a troop that targets the Town Hall and the idea of making more heroes and won't put those ideas into the game.
If you want a better idea of what they have ruled out you can look on the Clash of Clans Wiki and some of the threads made by the Supercell Mods.
