Everyone gets a say! Clan voting!

In many past clans, I like to get my member's opinions on different rules we have, requirements, etc.. Although, with different people, in different time zones, we can't get everyone online at once to talk about a certain subject. Even if they are on, it's chaos trying to keep it orderly.
So this brings me to my topic. I would like to see a new "Clan Vote" system. This clan vote is basically a new feature which pops up, when you click on the clan castle, if you are a leader. It would add another button next to Clan Mail or Request Troops. When a leader clicks on the Clan Vote button, he is given a large text box, with up to maybe 4 smaller text boxes below it. The leader types a question into the large text box, and types the different voting choices below it!
The next time a member signs on, they receive a message in their inbox, displaying the question, and the choices they can choose!
Every time someone votes, the leader sees the amount of newly refreshed votes for each choice!

Example: The leader clicks on the box and types a question, like: For each new clan member, what level archers should they have to have to join?

Level 1 Archers
Level 2 Archers
Level 3 Archers
Level 4 Archers

And each member would tap on one of the choices when they sign in! The vote does not automatically establish that rule, the leader manually requires a level requirement, regardless of the vote.

Could be a nice feature too have. Would have probably used this a few times.

Suggested quite a few times. But that is what gets SC to notice the idea! This would be a great feature.

I think its pretty basic actually, an 8 year old could work it out IMO. All you would have to do is write the question up top and then 4 choices for an answer and you click which one.

Nice idea, probably a perfect side-feature to have when you are a leader. +1

An amazing idea! But it can go further. What if a clan founder/leader can choose between a democracy or dictatorship?

Good idea you should add that it is optional who to send it to. Like if you just want to send to coleaders and Elders, or you can send it to every member

I agree with this, but I think we will have trouble getting into the backlog and prioritized.

This will help us better manage our clans. Good leaders build consensus and drive their clans forward. Knowing where your people stand and how they feel about certain policy changes will help leaders steer more efficiently.

How:

• Poll displays in Inbox
• Leader/Co-Leader can create poll
• Can set time limit for poll (1d, 2d, 7d, etc)
• 1 question, up to 4 options
• 24 hour cool down
