This. At th8 max drill is lvl 3. Sure it's only 45 DE an hour but that every day for months adds lots of DE to the economy. But then again I've got a lvl 5 BK so I've eliminated 75k DE from the economy. So thank you everyone who donated to my hero fund. :)

Twister was the one who confirmed it, but yes all troops can be donated. That wouldn't make any sense if they couldn't.
