The video was not a joke, if you watched godsons "1 pekka and 300 hog rider attack" you saw something covered didnt you? If you look close enough, thats the new lab.

The ultimate truth is that, in order to fix the game economy, supercell wishes to troll the players who have been hoping and pushing for valkyrie buffs and clan wars in order to make them quit the game in rage, therefore introducing more collector raids/abandoned bases and leveling the economy without having to make any in- game changes.

I wouldn't doubt level 5 valkyries, but just a little more powerful than the video showed.

The level 5 Valkyrie was blowing up a half the base, there's no way what was in the video is gonna come to the game. Anyways the little bar at the bottom with troops in the video had the valkyries at level 4, not 5. Thought that was pretty funny. It'll be clan wars.
