The elixir storage is a bit too easy to get to (in my opinion) :)
I would recommend BJCanDive's TH 7 base as it is one of the best in my personal preference.

You don't need to max everything, but at least max your offense. It looks like your an early th7, so assuming most troops are not upgraded. You're going to have a tough time as th8 without maxed army. Looks like you have at least 10-14 more days before I would consider the upgrade.
Why is it that easy? I dont see this base a lot. Its been accomplishing my goals a lot and when it doesnt its usually due to overpowered/higher up people and the fact that i have 2-4 defenses upgradingQuote:

Based on this post, lab upgrades are pretty far behind. Definitely take the time to max things out. TH8 has twice as many upgrades as TH7 and it won't be fun doing TH7 as a TH8 that is looking forward towards an archer queen.Quote:
