Will the CC be holding resources as many have speculated, giving a new look to the CC by having resource storages on top?

Not sure if many are trolling (mainly cause its April Fools Day) due to the fact that they are saying that the CC has resources so that people will be able to donate resources to other clan-mates. And obviously this is false because SC has ruled out in their "Ruled Out Ideas" Thread that donating resources with another player won't be happening.
Taken from twister's thread in the Idea sub-forum: "Ideas, ruled out, subforum guideline"it lists:
"*Donating (or trading) resources (or gems) with another player"
So this kinda leaves the only option of CC having resources on top because it will have a resource value when attacking, just like the TH.
To very loosely prove this, I was watching Chief Pat's recent "New Update Announcement" Video where I guess he was trolling people with that Lv5 OP Valk who just completely annihilates all the buildings. But as I was watching, I noticed as the buildings got destroyed, like when a TH gets destroyed and spurts of Elixir and Gold pop out, the same did with the CC!
If you are confused, look at how the resources are emerging straight from the CC, and is parallel to the actions by the TH which is also doing the same thing!
If the CC will hold a resource value like everyone speculates, how much will it hold without changing the max storage capacity of 8 million? Keep in mind that the TH holds 1K of Gold and Elixir, so will the CC have that same amount?
I guess our only way of knowing is tonight/tomorrow!
