i need help getting my account back pls help super cell :(

:(( i formated my ipod and i was usig my gamecenter and some how it deleted all my gamecenter maybe i was rong with my account but my ign is: aplha pls help i rly dont want to start all over again
and i buyd gems so thats realy a bom for me to lose my account like that and give up on all of my process
and hard work i did on the game if u can get my account gamecenter account or my account i dont no how but i realy need it
